Integrated in the Sustainability Team and being an active part in managing various sustainability topics such as ESG Indices (MSCI, Sustainalytics, CDP, Bloomberg GEI, S&P CSA, FTSE, Moody's, ISS ESG), ESG reporting (Annual Report, GRI, SASB, WEF, CSRD (ESRS), CSDDD, etc.) and consolidation of the Non-Financial Information of the group, also contributing to other ESG topics such as Just Transition, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Human Rights and Sustainability Communications.Some of the key projects I have been involved in include:- NFI Improvement Plan: Leading the revamp of Galp's internal non-financial reporting framework, including the development of an internal control framework, a Governance Model for NFI reporting and the implementation of upgraded IT systems to support the CSRD requirements- IMR (Integrated Management Report): Managing the annual report process for Sustainability related information, engaging with several stakeholders from all Business Units and Corporate teams to compile all the necessary ESG information according to recognised standards (GRI, SASB, WEF, TCFD, etc.), while also monitoring the external verification process to ensure accuracy and transparency, aligning with industry standards and regulatory requirements- Human Rights project: conduct a benchmark analysis in order to incorporate human rights due diligence practices throughout the organisation and prepare for the CSDDD requirements- Member of the DE&I Internal Committee- CSRD preparation: analysis of ESRS requirements, benchmark and preparation of the 2025 Galp's Integrated Annual Report structure in accordance with the new EU DirectiveThese projects have polished my skills in stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and strategic planning, allowing me to drive meaningful change and contribute to Galp's sustainability strategy.
