The XIII National Conference on Biomedical Sciences was an event that provided contact with professionals in the field of science, with lectures, workshops and networking moments.As part of the logistics team, I had the opportunity to contact with different companies to sponsor our coffee breaks.

As a member of AIESEC's Local Conference Organizing Committee in Aveiro, I had the opportunity to prepare the conference to welcome the new members.

Leading AIESEC's International Volunteering Experiences Department in Aveiro, I had the opportunity to:- Manage the Global Volunteer program, a program focused on developing soft skills in young people through a volunteer experience in a challenging environment;- Work with an international network and develop communication skills in English;- Establish and maintain international relationships with our partner countries to ensure quality experiences for our Portuguese volunteers while they carry out their experience abroad.- Managing an operational area, where I am responsible for leading the activities within the area, monitoring and managing the performance of my coordination team and members, and ensuring that they work to achieve the defined objectives.

As a team leader in Outgoing Global Talent in Aveiro, I'm responsible for helping young people choose the right professional internship for them, in areas as diverse as business administration, marketing and engineering.I am responsible for: - Managing the development and sales of short-term professional internships for young people;- Managing the operational procedures for approving potential candidates for our opportunities;- Managing my team to enable the selection process for young people, so that they are approved for a professional opportunity.

My main responsibilities were:- Contacting candidates within a maximum of 24 hours;- Accompanying candidates throughout the process;- Planning and organizing the structure of group dynamics and individual interviews;- Organizing and evaluating the dynamics and interviews;- Ensuring the involvement of AIESEC members in Aveiro with the recruitment campaign.

As a member of Outgoing Global Talent in Aveiro, I am responsible for helping young people choose the ideal professional internship for them, in areas as diverse as business administration, marketing and engineering.I am responsible for:- Managing the development and sale of Professional Internships for young people;- Managing the operational procedures for approving potential candidates for our opportunities;- Promoting our professional internships to young people between the ages of 18 and 30, through presentations in classrooms;- Preparing young people for the different stages of selection.

SEVERE EU is a transnational project to foster entrepreneurial mindsets and skills to encourage active citizenship and social entrepreneurship.Project reference: 2020-1-UK01-KA203-07921I acquired more communication skills in English and teamwork experience.
