In the last 23 years, I have been many things: journalist, engineer, saleswoman, marketer and mother.During that time, I have changed many times:- I changed from journalism to engineering to marketing and sales;- I changed from - and merged - sales and marketing in my entire career;- I changed from B2C to B2B;- I changed from product to service;- I changed from multinational to startup - and then to entrepreneurship.- And so on...Above all, I changed my purpose: I changed my goal to try to be the best at something to be part of building a better world for my daughter Olivia. And that, to me, means 2 things:- Be the best example of woman for her that I can be;- Be part of creating a better future for her.Today, I am what I am because of each experience that I had, each mistake and success and each person who I learned with.And, at least so far, there are some certainties about me that I can say:- Changing taught me one of my best skills: how to learn quickly and constantly.- For me, marketing and sales are one: it’s all focused and aligned to add value to the customer.- Working with innovation has taught me that it starts with people and is made for people.- Vulnerability opened more doors to me than perfection.- Being a mother made me a much better professional and more passionate about what I do.And what I am passionate about?- Transforming people and organizations with kindness;- Learn, learn, learn. With studies, with experiences, with people;- Sharing my learnings and empower who needs to be empowered;- Closing the gender gap in organizations;- Creating, learning and iterating teams focused on customers.What can we talk about?
