Assisted Project Management at the Cardboard Cathedral (4.5mil) with the generation of the programmes for the final stages of construction, Health & Safety measures on site and leasing with Tree Protection consultants.. Assisted Project Management on Christ College’s Hare memorial Library (2.5mil). The 100 year old building needs to be structural strengthened in order to be 100% up to code. My duties included writing down the method statement, programming the 18 month works and completing H&S plans.. Managed Scape Public Art Muegano Sculpture (0.1mil). The sculpture, placed in the centre of Botanic Garden’s Kiosk Lake was designed by Mexican artist Hector Zamora. Is intended to generate reflection on the role of the traditional house structure in Western culture and also comment on inner-city living and urban density in Christchurch. Materialized by a series of green houses, the building measuring 27mts long by 5mts wide, was fixed into concrete pads with structural steel brackets. . Managed BOC gases building extension at Sockburn, Christchurch (0.5 mil). The project consisted on an extension of a medical filling plant undertaken in two stages: First, constructing new foundations and slab to support a new canopy which provides an extension to an existing facility. The second stage included new blockwork and sandwich panel walls reconfiguring the floor slab layout. The building was carried out on programme and under budget.. Assisted the Construction Manager with the completion of tasks such as programmes and organizational duties with tools like MS Project, excel and Qtrack.

Supervised a five architect team.Was the head liaison with the Client.. Directed design, budget and construction of two Global Logic headquarters in Buenos Aires, from 1.5 to 2.5 mil, while managing tight schedules on a 10 to 16 weeks range.. Collaborated in design, budget and construction purchases of three other Global Logics headquarters nationwide. Global Logics headquarters was a motivating and exiting job that gave me the opportunity to design for young users while liaising with a family company that grew in 12 months from 100 employees to 600. It required adjusting to constant changes in the schedule and necessities.
