Professionals & Coffee is a volunteer collective that connects, at no cost, experienced practitioners of public relations, marketing, and communications with students, recent graduates, and newcomers to Canada through virtual coffee chats, articles, blogs, events and social media.- Creator and administrator of Volunteer and Manual Policies of PRofessionals & Coffee- Maintaining 4 social media accounts for PR & Coffee by managing Hootsuite, reaching over 1,500 followers on LinkedIn, 122 followers on IG, 61 on Twitter, and 18 on TikTok.- Collaborating with a graphic designer to develop logos and social media banners and working with a video editor to produce 26 coffee chats, 26 teasers and 20 snippets.- Planning and organizing virtual meetings with 15 volunteers to provide mentorship, coaching and guidance in producing over 26 coffee chats, 15 portfolios, resumes and cover letters.- Working with a researcher and an executive assistant to develop a business plan for PR & Coffee. - Researching professionals in PR, communications, and marketing industries.

- Developed and implemented effective brand-building strategies and marketing plans to promote online services of Teams HQ within the GTA and Ontario.- Conducted primary and secondary research on competitors and their impact on offering Office 365 training in Ontario to develop a marketing plan for the organization.- Maintained four business social media accounts to promote Teams HQ services.
