• Responsible for the projects management and implementation of technically complex projects in the area logistics for MRI High Field Hitachi Medical Products in Europe. Project coordination and monitoring of the risk and the planning to ensure the contractually agreed performance• Responsible for the project schedules, coordination of internal and external work packages and working groups. Liaison between the different project teams, extern companies and headquarters in Japan. Support all the project members regarding matters throughout the logistics process chain• Independent procurement of the required materials for the project including inventory arrangements and overseas transportation in a narrow timeframe. Monitoring and compliance with the import regulations such as “Dangerous Goods” and customs regulations• Project planning and control in the context of project management. Project documentation and preparation of status reports for management board and all project participants. Responsible for the control and compliance of the costs, quality and schedule of the different MRI High Field Hitachi Medical Products projects

• Responsible for all the import / export activities for the European market, ensuring that the customer's expectations reach the agreed contract terms. Responsible for the day-to-day order processing, customer inquiries and service entries, handling independently all export and shipping activities and providing the corresponding export documentation and letters of credit• Liaison officer between the factory in China and the warehouse in Germany regarding forecasts, stocks and shipments• Ensuring customer requirements are interpreted and achieved whilst enabling manufacturing to reduce its cost base and control its stock movements• Liaison with other internal departments on warehouse stock and issues relating to logistic arrangements, warranties and payment related queries. • Responsible for the logistical process for the British, Scandinavian and Spanish markets. Planning and processing customer orders, from the receipt through to dispatch. Follow-up the delivery processes at an international level. Elaboration of statistical information• Contact person for the customers for any logistical issue, supporting them in any claim or inquiry• Resolution of the claims and inquiries and liaison when necessary with the internal procurement or sales departments in order to ensure the customer satisfaction with regard to all transactions. Liaison with the credit control team if outstanding credit issues need to be cleared before shipment release

• Preparing all required export documentation and following procedures after the goods collection. Import clearance of the non-EU goods received in the company• Liaison with warehouses and freight forwarders, including the production of pro forma invoices, letters of credit and any other required paperwork• Coordinate shipping and subsequent invoicing of all orders to overseas customers. Handling customer queries on a daily basis

• Organization of events, customer loyalty actions, promotions, public relations actions in the car competition sector within the business of the company. Personal contact with the clients and sponsors at international level• Preparation of informative and advertising material: DVDs, Presentations, Brochures, Videos, Audience ratings, flyers, promotional material• Sponsoring contractual process: contracts writing and composing, eventual modifications, and follow-up until the final signature• Online information, photographic and digital files, newsletters and press releases, in cooperation with the communication department
