Carolina has been teaching for over 12 years and has studied with some of the best teachers in the country including Bryan Kest, Dharma Mittra, Shiva Rea,Tim Miller, and Steven Earth. She received her bachelor's degree in computer science from Rutgers University and spent two years as an analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York City before pursuing her passion for yoga. She is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT who has conducted many successful teacher trainings, workshops and retreats.
