In fact, stories are all around us - the movies we watch, the books we read, stories shared over dinner with friends... Stories and storytelling are woven deeply and richly into our society.Storytelling is not only a beautiful art, but also has a unique power to create poignant metaphors and teach us new ways of seeing the world.To us, the most important stories are the stories we tell ourselves.Those are the stories that define our experience of life more than anything. How we see ourselves is directly linked to how others see us and our feelings about the world.I help people tap into the power of storytelling to find their voice in the world and become great leaders.Using the power of stories and narrative helps people grow, become leads and build their confidence.I believe that to change ourselves, we must first change our story and that is what we work on first and foremost through allegory, exercises that help you get perspective and deep dialogue.Life can be stressful and overwhelming.
