Structured Acquisition Finance is focused on originating and executing (senior) debt financing to support Leveraged Buyouts.Responsibilities include performing credit analysis, preparing internal credit approval documents, building/reviewing financial models, term sheet and loan documentation negotiation, managing the overall transaction process, preparing financing pitches, monitoring and reviewing selected portfolio names, coaching of junior team members and delivering on ad-hoc projects or requests.

The ING international Talent Programme is a four year graduate programme, whereby one rotates within different teams during the first 12 months.
