Supporting the evolution of the internal HR Talent Development function including:• Consulting with the regional business executives of the global Delivery Organisation to understand business priorities, and drawing on operational experience, develop and agree solutions. • Facilitation of classroom and virtual programs including the use of Behavioural Profiling / Emotional Intelligence assessments such as MBTI®, PPA and Emotional Intelligence (TEIQue).• Creation & launch of a global SDL Learning Zone – curated and aligned learning resources targeted directly towards the needs of functional groups. External vendor selection & management. Management of cross functional geographically dispersed teams. Logistics, scheduling and communications. Delivery on time and within budget.• Coaching within the business and mentoring of team members.

Working within the Quality & Infrastructure group my responsibility has been:• Creation, development and delivery of global training and certification programs.• Facilitation of management training and Management Development programs, aiming to provide managers with clear and consistent messaging on how to recruit, manage and retain talent within the business. • Creation and delivery of tiered Project Management training programs aligned with ISO 21500 Guide to Project Management Standard and consistent with the Project Management Institute PMP methodology. • Achieved recognition of Quality & Infrastructure as an approved provider of Project Management education, known as a Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.), by the Project Management Institute (PMI) through this program.• Facilitator, trainer, coach and mentor in the UK, US, Asia and many counties across Europe. • ISO 9001 & 21500 Quality/PM Management internal trainer.
