Legal advice to the Brazilian Institute of Petroleum, Gas and Biofuels (IBP) regarding infralegal measures to be implemented in the natural gas industry.

Worked as an in-house Corporate Lawyer at Sete Brasil, with focus on the analysis and review of corporate documents, regarding the project´s financing (short and long-term financing) drafted by the corresponding foreigner counsel; participation in the draft and analysis of supply contracts; participation in the negotiation of conditions precedent and subsequent regarding short-term financing contracts; preparation of surveys and memos in the compliance area, concerning the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Act (scope and applicability);
