Taught Research Skills, Digital Citizenship, and promoted a love of reading to students in grades kindergarten through 5th. Collaborated with classroom teachers, literacy coach, and other specialists to support schoolwide ELA goals. Conducted staff technology trainings on topics including Overdrive, eBook readers, Enterprise, Prezi, Video editing, digital databases, iPads and apps, and Safari Montage. Supported teachers in the use of all classroom SMART technologies. Collaborated in planningand teaching a SMART board introductory program for UWEC students and professors. Supported students and staff in the implementation of 1:1 iPads for grades 3rd-5th. Supported and trained teachers and students in the use of pods of iPads in K-2nd grade classrooms during Daily FiveLiteracy Centers. Planned and organized author, poet, and multicultural performer visits. Taught Kindergarten Target Times. Served on the AIMS Web Testing Team, Badger Exam and Forward Exam Testing Teams as well as the English Language Arts Cadre and on the Literacy Within SupportiveLearning Environments team. Maintained the library webpage and served on the Technology Committee, Crisis Team, Literacy Committee, Leadership Team, and Building Improvement Committee. Administered and maintained the Library Media Center and its collections, both printand electronic. Trained, coordinated, and supported library staff and service learning students from UW-Eau Claire. Implemented Culturally Responsive Teaching practices and sought to reflect diversity of students in both print and electronic collections. Collaborated with CESA 10 personnel, ECASD Technology staff, and administrators at both Eau Claire North High School and Eau Claire Memorial High School to implement live streaming of hockey games. Introduced 1st-5th grade students to coding and robotics. Created a Maker Space. Taught Summer Library Program at4 elementary schools.

Provided 22+ hours of instruction per week in literature appreciation andanalysis as well as library and information technology skills. Trained staff intechnologies including CMS4Schools. Provided some technology supportfor the building. Maintained the library collection through weeding, purchasing, and circulation. Collaborated with teachers on community outreach literacy events like Reading Night. Planned and implemented a Battle of the Books program. Managed and helped to create the schoolyearbook. Ran a book fair.

Instructed students and trained horses of all levels. Competed at International levels in the Midwest, on the Florida circuit, and in the 1995 Olympic Selection Trials. Earned USDF Silver Medal.
