His expertise includes development appraisal/viability analysis advice, lease extensions and enfranchisements, rent reviews and probate valuations. Independence and discretion are paramout.Caroline is also a Trustee of London Parks and Gardens and runs their live and online lecture programme. She is a former member of Wycombe Abbey's Bursary Panel, speaks French and Italian and is an enthusiastic photographer.
