With over 10 years of work experience in finance and accounting, I am a passionate and driven finance leader with expertise in finance and control, auditing and accounting, and international business. As the CFO North America of NNZ, a global leader in packaging solutions, I am responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, performance, and reporting of the group, as well as ensuring compliance with local and international standards and regulations. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked and studied in different countries and cultures.In my current role as CFO, I have contributed to NNZ's growth and success by leading and managing various financial projects and initiatives, such as optimizing the financial close process, implementing new accounting systems and tools, and establishing best practices and policies. I have also partnered with other senior leaders and stakeholders to provide financial insights and guidance, and to support strategic decision-making and planning.
