I became a Certified Nursing Assistant in the first semester of my Senior year. I knew that I wanted to help others since I was younger. When I started college, I became a Scribe at Southeast Orthopedic Specialists. This exposed me to how a clinic runs. I gathered numerous skills and bettered my work ethic. I transitioned to working at Ascension St. Vincents as a Medical Assistant. This is what I currently do part time, as I spend the rest of my time focusing on finishing my Bachelors degree.
