Office Manager and Quality Assurance Specialist

I implemented quality assurance practices at this organic lawn care company in order to achieve ISO 9001 certification.

I was responsible for the operation and promotion of this premier dog daycare and boarding facility. My duties included marketing the facility, conducting prospect tours, on-boarding new clients/pets, supervising a staff of 10 employees, administering medications/vaccines, updating medical records, managing the accounts and assuring a safe and efficient operation.

I conducted field work in which I took groundwater and soil samples of contaminated areas. I also created contamination level reports which were sent to the state department and created excel spreadsheets of accumulated data.

Responsibilities included reconciling merchant accounts, responding to cardholder billing issues, and coordinating corrective action with accounting.
