With more than twenty years experience, I provide assistance to those managing substance use disorders, mental health challenges and struggles in relationship conflict at home, at work and with self. Helping individuals gain an understanding and awareness of the source of their anxiety, depression or self-defeating behaviors, helping them understand and use coping skills and tools including boundaries with others and self-regulation, to improve life, is the goal of our work together. Following my love of writing and speaking, I train and coach in a relaxed, experiential fashion; workshops on Boundaries, Dealing with Difficult Personalities, Change and Resistance, Managing Substance Use Disorders, and How to Live a More Authentic, Happy Life, for executives and their employees. I am honored to watch individuals, couples, families, and groups of people realize greater potential.
