- I participate in the elaboration of the strategy of deployment of national Billing system, based on priorities and budget.- I report on project activities and progress to Senior Execs and business partners.- In collaboration with IT and Accounts Receivable Department, I am responsible of the definition of requirements, quality assurance and change management of the new Billing system, following a national approach, for all brands across Canada.- I act as the Chief Product Owner and in collaboration with the Product Owner team, I set the next priorities. I make sure to seek the support of the Management and different AR teams. - I participate in developing and implementing processes to optimise the transition of our team to an Agile methodology. - I manage the Production Support of Billing system, including the definition of requirements, testing of the bugs and improvements.- I coach, support my team and maintain their engagement to an exceptional level.

- Responsible of the development and application of the underwriting rules and guidelines for the province of Quebec.- In collaboration with Actuarial, Underwriting and Marketing teams, develop new products in automobile and property inspired by the needs of the clients and aiming for profitable growth.- Manage the team responsible of the transfers of broker portfolio.- Support the analysis of complex underwriting files when litigation arises.- Coach and support my team to develop their talents and maintain their engagement to an exceptional level

- In collaboration with Actuarial, Underwriting and Marketing teams, development of new products in automobile and property- Deployment of Personal Lines projects in the brokerage network and internally by implementing necessary training and communications- Follow up of implemented initiatives in brokerage network and regions to confirm that the objectives are met and implementation of the necessary corrective measures- Participation in national initiatives (Print Options, Contact PL) and following a national development and deployment approach

- Management of Personal Lines key projects- Responsible of the business requirements definition and of the testing of the Personal Lines initiatives- Management of Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts- Workforce planning to ensure capacity to deliver Personal Lines projects - Support of the level of engagement of the team

- Development of the national strategy for the selection and deployment of the new system for Personal Lines- Design and follow-up of the team project plan- Management of Business analysts - Preparation of material for Management/Executive Committee meetings

- Planning and definition of business requirements of key Personal Lines projects- Management, training and implementation of Applied projects (Direct Quote)- National management of the conversion of external vendors to Intact Insurance (AXA)
