Hi there!Here is a little bit about me. I have now completed my Business Administration Diploma at Red River College with a major in Human Resource Management. I am a new HR professional who is eager to make an impact.I have 3 years of experience in retail and have the desire to help others as well as greeting customers with a smile and with effective communication! I have worked for the same company for over 4 years where I worked as:March 2020 to April 2022 - Cashier/Pump Attendant at two of their Gas Bar/C-Store/Grocery locationsSummer 2022 - Got to work at their Agro Centre as an Administrative Assistant Summer 2022 - Then went onto their Head Office where I had the opportunity to spend time with almost each department such as Human Resources, Marketing, Member Relations, Dispatch/Logistics, Warehousing and more. (That's when I fell in love with HR!)Summer 2023 - HR Student at their Head Office. Fall 2023 - Promoted to HR Administrator (Part Time)January-April 2024 - Part Time HR Administrator while I finish up my BA diploma!May 2024 - I am officially a permanent Full Time HR Coordinator now that I have completed my BA program! Can't wait to see where the future takes me. I have had a feel with multiple departments which has been very beneficial for my fresh eyes and perspectives!I am very excited to grow my career in Human Resources!
