At Protiviti, a global consulting firm that delivers deep expertise in finance, technology, operations, data, analytics, governance, risk, and internal audit to clients through consulting solutions, I embarked on a journey as a Consultant in Process Mining and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Implementation since July 2022. Engaged in cutting-edge projects, my role involves:Implementing an automated risk control matrix using Python from July to December 2022 for a major pharmaceutical company, focusing on real-time monitoring to comply with internal processes. This involved continuous enhancement of our in-house product solutions, capturing, cleansing, and analyzing SAP data using Celonis and SQL queries to deeply understand process flows.From January 2023 onward, working on GRC software solution implementation using Corporater for an aviation company. My tasks were developing and automating the ISMS (Information Security Management System) governance platform. This included gathering and analyzing requirements for integrating new sub-modules into the ISMS governance system and crafting tailor-made solutions to enhance existing implementations, plus scripting for process automation and reporting. Key to this role is constant engagement with internal stakeholders, as well as mentoring and providing technical guidance to new consultants to fortify our project team with shared expertise.
