• Complete and maintain up to date training records• Helping customers with complaints and questions.• Give customers information about services.• Good decision making and communication skills.• Working with Account Managers and Sales Reps on a daily basis.• Preparing quotes for customers• Ensuring profiles are approved and if expired our customers know how to resubmit properly and within a timely manner.• Resolve compliance and receiving issue in a timely manner• Scheduling pickups and cutting orders for daily pickups (i.e., drum pickups, larger bulk tanker pickups or even roll off pickups).• Ensuring customers are invoiced properly and in a timely manner.• Participating in weekly meetings/conference calls• Currently I have been filling in for our Logistics Manager. That leaves me responsible for 8 + drivers. Ensuring they have jobs daily, dispatched out properly, all paperwork is printed and distributed correctly.• Support Technical Services Branch Manager monthly aging, billing and end of the month. Conduct daily review of unbilled report, approve invoices, manage customer PO# information.
