-Develop and teach musical skills and concepts to large casts of elementary, middle, and high school students across 3-week periods -Teach repertoire to soloists, small ensembles, and large groups-Instruct and assess vocal technique in terms of breathing, tone, and musicality-Provide an educational, enjoyable environment for all studentsAdditionally, serve as a camp counselor for other productions in the season:-Direct daily functions for summer camp dedicated to creating engaging theatrical opportunities for children aged 6-11-Identify and respond to camper behavioral situations-Lead theatre exercises and assist creative directors when needed

-Welcome prospective students to Ithaca College by leading thorough and engaging campus tours -Serve as a representative of Ithaca College's values and be a point of contact for school-related queries -Facilitate large events and connect with large quantities of visitors

-Invest and foster a community of belonging and home within residential halls and build rapport with 30+ residents-Develop and lead creative programs and activities for educational and recreational student opportunities-Advise students with personal, social, and academic matters and direct them to campus resources-Mediate conflicts among residents and aid with crisis management-Maintain Ithaca College health, safety, and conduct policies and serve as a student role model-Commit to duty, administrative, and meeting shifts with residential life staff
