Previously, I worked as People and Culture Partner in a large fast paced Healthcare Recruitment Agency and as an Organisational Psychology Consultant with Aon Assessment Solutions. Industry experience includes aviation, construction, engineering, pharmaceutical, finance sector, public sector and telecoms.
