WHAT I DO: Anxiety Specialist and Professional Anxiety Speaker focusing on Anxiety Reduction and Stress Reduction.I am best known for repositioning anxiety as a positive emotion that can be used for growth as opposed to holding you back. We all have anxiety, therefore the challenge is to use it productively and through my work, I give people the skills to do so. They don't have the mental resilience to step out of their comfort zone. This stops personal and emotional growth resulting in a narrowing world. I teach people how take control back and use their mental strength for growth and increased enjoyment of life.WHO I HELP: Using the experience of working with hundreds of clients, I developed the 5 step Anxiety Alchemy process - a process that transforms anxiety into resilience - a strong basis from which confidence can then grow. I work with teenagers struggling with anxiety and low self-esteem and also provide a range of online products to support exam stress.
