Additionally, with tools such as PowerBI and processes like ‘start, stop, continue’, Niclin continuously seeks to improve who we are and what we do.ValuesPerhaps the most important of all three Niclin foundations, from day one Nick and I created a set of company values that would define who we are and what we stand for.
