Develop and implement cutting-edge Litigation, leadership, and professional skills programs to onboard, train, mentor, coach, develop, engage, and retain attorneys. Promote and enhance the firm’s culture of continuous learning, development and feedback by leading and managing all aspects of critical professional development initiatives and programming, including legal and professional skills training curricula, associate, counsel and pre-partnership evaluation processes, real time feedback initiatives, formal mentor program, onboarding, integration and offboarding, initiatives related to engagement, retention and morale, and individual coaching and career counseling.

Responsibilities included leading talent agenda for attorney cohort including onboarding and integration, mentor assignments, career counseling, engagement initiatives, performance evaluations, and work allocation; developing and implementing various attorney training programs, including legal project management training, and managing the firm’s formal advisor program, women’s initiative, and externship with the Middlesex District Attorney’s office.
