Women entering the workplace have to overcome many hurdles in order to make a success of their careers . I provide a customised program of self-discovery, focused mentoring and targeted training designed to equip and empower young women so they will be able to live up to their potential and become self-confident members of the workforce.

My passion to see women equipped and empowered in the workplace has led me to develop a programme for women. This programme has included initiatives such as:• arranging and hosting talks by inspirational women• individual and group mentoring• developing and presenting short soft skills training sessions aimed at addressing specific needs• arranging networking opportunities with other women and with management• running an annual programme designed to up-skill women so that they can grow their careers in a new direction through a combination of job shadowing and technical coaching plus personal mentoring.

• Analysing, designing and specifying the functionality and user interface requirements for the MultiChoice decoders in collaboration with the technical and business stakeholders.• Providing assistance to the Product team, developers and testers• Defining and documenting business processes.• Mentoring and training junior team members.
