- Oversight and operational responsibility for sales & marketing of the assisted living and memory care community - Develop and implement an effective marketing plan - Seek and build positive relationships with the surrounding community, particularly referral sources - Build positive and trusting relationships with prospects - Maintain or exceed budgeted census, deposits and move-ins

ISR: NECO- Develop and drive a 'plan to sell' to grow margin, revenue, and share with assigned trade partners- Create strategic opportunities for buy-in and sell through activities- Provide insight driven selling techniques- Contribute to sales team success by gathering and sharing market and competitive information- Work independently and in a team environment

-Provide support for Community Outreach Liaisons-Assist in marketing Hospice to area physicians by cold calls and luncheons-Provide information to healthcare facilities: assisted living facilities, nursing homes & area hospitals-Assist in marketing to community activities-Attend trade shows, health fairs, community health functions and health councils.-Provide assistance to the Director of Marketing through general communication activities and office work

- Entertain recruits and educate them about the school, team and city of Cleveland, TN- Team Liaison: Communicator between teammates and coaches- Promote Lee Women’s basketball through community events, sponsorships, etc.- Fundraise for the team by sales and marketing - Manage concessions and sales for summer camps
