I brought a fresh vision to the luxury store to reinvigorate sales and ultimately used the unprecedented shutdown caused by the pandemic as an opportunity to move the store to a far more advantageous location. Among my key contributions and achievements, I…Carefully researched and identified the location, that despite presenting a smaller overall footprint, realized a dramatic increase in traffic. We relaunched the store after the long shutdown with a powerful “grand reopening” initiative. The location grew from being ranked #28 to #3 across all global stores as the result of attracting a large volume of new clients. All around, I was able to achieve impressive growth across all KPIs, including dollars per square foot, as well as average dollars per transaction.Delivered a series of innovative events over four years to drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth. This included a “Trunk Show”, which soared past the initial goal of $100K to deliver $265K+ in event-related sales, a record amount for a single event in the brand’s history. Forged relationships with a network of charitable partners across Orange County to attract new customers motivated by the company’s participation in supporting worthy charities. As such, I planned and executed charitable events that included private in-store “give-back” shopping events, fashion shows, and more. The store saw an over 20% growth in the client base directly attributable to awareness generated from the events, far surpassing internal marketing return on investment (ROI) targets.Was chosen by top company leadership to be the Inventory Liaison helping new General Managers resolve inventory issues of all sizes. My work was instrumental in average shortages coming in at -.002% for annual inventories from 2017 through 2019.
