As a natural leader I find that management is where my skills can be best utilised. I have a proven track record in three very different styles of management. The first was as a membership manager for a global health club, where people management and organisation was key due to the high pressured nature of any busy sales department. The second was as a Business Development Manager for a small company where I was responsible for making a variety of high level decisions on a daily basis. For the last 10 years I have been a key part of the management team for the marketing department at Rayburn Tours and Venture Abroad. Playing a key role in creating and facilitating a marketing plan within an agreed budget with an 8-person team. Whilst I am an efficient manager I also believe I have a great aptitude for marketing thanks to my education and work experience since graduating in 2006.
