Working alongside the First Tee — Greater Chicago staff, I provided assistance in communications, marketing, and social media, along with implementing public relations and promotional strategies. I created a capstone project showcasing ideas to improve internal apparel ordering and external purchasing processes. Working closely with a local marketing agency, we compiled a slideshow of potential promotional items for upcoming events and fundraisers. In addition, I supported development initiatives by successfully fundraising thousands of dollars for new facility projects and expanding outreach within the Greater Chicagoland area. All this while fulfilling various intern duties such as managing tasks, running advertisements, updating donation records, conversing with sponsors, photographing participants and philanthropic events, promoting golf programming through catered emails, and assisting with event planning and corporate orders.

At Bliss and Belle Boutique, I was entrusted to single-handledly open, run and close the storefront. I posted daily updates to announce new arrivals. I created social media narratives for existing inventory to promote sales; I photographed and modeled products for social media and the website. I styled the mannequins, designed the window displays, and assisted customers as a fashion consultant.

As a paid intern at Klain & Associates, a Social Security disability law firm in downtown Chicago, I communicated directly with U.S. Social Security benefit offices by calling to determine the status of client's claims, averaging 30 calls per day. I shadowed attorneys' virtual court sessions, organized clients' portfolios, and performed other miscellaneous clerical work.

During my experience interning at Clara Williams Company, I presented a competition and product positioning analysis for a new jewelry line product launch; I researched competitors' price points, target audiences, marketing strategies, etc. I was able to draw in new customers from social media discovery pages by creating hashtags and improving social media engagement. I packaged trunk show shipments weekly and organized storage daily.
