I expanded the team's responsibilities to include process and vendor management for Offers, Background Investigations, Taleo Workflow and Configuration, the Employee Referral Program, and other recruiting and Hiring processes. During this time, I collaborated with our Offshore executive team to transform HR support and transitioned several functions to our Kolkata office.• I was an integral part of many cross-functional Shared Services projects, including the core HR Leadership Team, representing the Hires stream during the implementation of SAP HRIS, E-Verify implementation, Affirmative Action Planning, revamped the New Hire Experience and oversaw all Taleo-related projects.
