KIDS is a national service delivery charity which for over 50 years has supported disabled children, young people and their families. Their support is pan disability, from birth through to 25 years. Each year during my tenure they supported over 15,500 disabled children and young people.Under my leadership KIDS had a team of 1,000+ employees, sessional workers and volunteers delivering 120+ projects and high quality services for 80+ local authorities. Many of these services were regulated by CQC or Ofsted.
