As a swimming instructor, I mainly teach young children how to swim. However, I also take higher level certificates and can give technique training for adults.In the summer of 2023, I worked for a month in a hotel in Austria as a swimming teacher and worked with more than 30 children.

For 2 years I have been working at various events throughout Germany and in exceptional cases also abroad (so far Austria). From trade fairs, weddings, conferences, birthdays and company celebrations, I've done it all. The work requires resilience because you always have to adapt to new situations and new surroundings. The working hours are sometimes long and can last late into the night or until the next morning. I was able to experience different working environments, from private properties to company premises, and make new contacts.

As a flexible childcare provider, I have looked after children on individual days during the week, assisted in a nursery or kindergarten or helped with holiday care. The children were either in the age groups a few months to 3 years old, 3 to 6 years old or 6 to 12 years old. In day care, I organised the day individually with the children and, depending on the situation, with colleagues by incorporating exercise, excursions and meals together.During holiday care, up to 30 children are on site at the same time. We have breakfast together in the morning and, depending on the programme, we go for one week to the zoo, a climbing garden or ice skating.

Ms. Caroline Dierke, born on May 26, 2002, domiciled in Germany, worked from October 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 as an intern with a workload of 80% at the Windspiel - inclusioplus residential home, a division of Psychiatrie Baselland.Caroline Dierke's area of responsibility essentially comprised the following activities:• helping with the promotion and care of the residents• co-responsibility for professional care, as well as for observing the health situation of the residents• helping to organize the daily work routine • assisting with and taking over nursing and housekeeping activities• cooperation in the team and participation in meetings• taking over administrative activities (resident documentation)Ms. Dierke acquired a comprehensive and well-founded knowledge of care, domestic work and personal hygiene.She put the knowledge she acquired into practice in an exemplary and successful manner and quickly found her way around the tasks assigned to her with remarkable ease. She performed the tasks very conscientiously, carefully and extremely reliably at all times.She showed herself to be very motivated and interested in everything. She carried out the work assigned to her very independently, in a well-structured, forward-looking and goal-oriented manner. We were extremely satisfied with her qualitative and quantitative performance.Ms. Dierke approached the residents in an extremely friendly and respectful manner. She provided information absolutely reliably, gave comprehensive feedback and inquired immediately in case of uncertainties. She integrated herself excellently into her team. With her open, pleasant and balanced nature, she was very popular everywhere. We experienced Ms. Dierke as a friendly, open-minded and very helpful intern.Ms. Dierke left us on March 31, 2021, at the end of her limited internship. We thank her for her cooperation and wish her all the best for the future.
