I am a founding Director of Menopause Self Care (MSC) CIC, that was established to support women (and men) in midlife, challenged with health issues and stress, to improve their physical, emotional and mental health. Collectively, the MSC team have produced unbiased comprehensive self-care courses, materials and resources for in-person and online teaching, and one-to-one coaching. MSC focuses on how to proactively improve nutrition, research and make informed life choices, and how to review and express one’s needs in order to access the help and support needed. MSC has worked in partnership with a range of stakeholders including Cornwall Council, Isles of Scilly Council, Active Plus, PLUSS, Job Centre Plus and Cornwall Community Foundation.
