I joined the Government of Canada in 2005 and since then, I’ve gained experience in many HR fields such as onboarding and recognition programs, career development, surveys, and performance and talent management. I enjoy collaborating with colleagues to develop the best programs possible. I embrace learning opportunities offered to me, to keep current, and continuously add to my skills every day.Before I entered the government, I worked in various organizations: hospitals, pulp and paper companies, the Government of Québec, and at a school board. I’ve performed different roles from Administrative Professional to HR technician. These diverse experiences helped me develop my communication skills and adapt to various audiences.
