About Caroline Duncan

An executive coach, coach supervisor and facilitator, I work with leaders and professionals internationally, leveraging over 20 years’ experience in Finance, Strategy and HR. Clients value my blend of commercial understanding, insightful evidence-based interventions and non-judgemental compassionate stance. I have a strong interest in mental health and wellbeing at work, and often support clients who experience challenge, stress or opportunity in the workplace, working holistically where issues intersect professional and home life. I coach clients to build self-awareness and confidence, supporting reflection and practical change, through a systemic focus on acceptance and self-compassion. I also develop and deliver relevant and practical group coaching programmes, leadership development programmes and team days.
