Received MRQSA certification in interviewing as part of training for this role.Customer satisfaction surveys conducted with members of the public on particular products or services they had previously purchased.Used qualitative research experience to find out how satisfied or dissatisfied people were with these products or services.Role allowed me to liaise with a variety of different personalities and really gauge their true views.
