- Completing all the tasks as a Management Accountant as per the below position- Developing and mentoring of one part qualified accountant- Taking over the responsibility of producing, consolidating and fully explaining the management accounts for 3 Fire businesses and Compliance- Taking a Business Partner approach with the Directors of business unit- Making suggestions that will help enhance the underlying performance of the businesses, improving and implementing processes.- Assisting with winning new business - providing meaningful modelling that will allow to win new business at the right margins- Maintaining strong financial controls and balance sheet management

- Completing month end duties, including overview and production of monthly accruals and prepayments.- Ensuring correct production of P&L reports on a monthly basis.- Liasing with clients in order to produce correct invoicing. Responsible for all service works invoicing, in close relationship with operational team.- Preparing of regular reports for monthly reviews with Operation Managers, reporting to Financial Controller and Regional Finance Manager: balance sheet reviews, accruals, WIP, overheads and prepayments.- Consolidating and preparing Business Review information.- Assisting with portfolio labour costing (monthly analysis of under / over recovery and reporting of Vehicle and mobile costs).- Preparing Budget and forecast (per quarter).- Helping with Credit Control issues and control of Purchase Cards.

- Analysing of Receivables management issues and suggesting of solutions. - Assisting in preparation of the sector annual budget. - Investigating in the engineering process to understand the revenue recognition problems, reporting the results and the progress on a weekly basis and suggesting diverse solutions.- Helping in launching the new Bio-Energy sector: Oracle support meetings for a financial independence and assistance in diverse finance tasks such as 2008 Bio Forecast, customer-supplier invoicing, reconciliation, bi-monthly project reviews.

- Assisting in presenting audit reports.- Analysing financial ratios: Growth, Liquidity, Profitability, EBIT, Breakeven point.- Producing company evaluation.- Preparing balance sheets and Profit and Losses reports.

Master'S, Auditing And Controlling

Diploma with honours. Specialisation in Auditing and Control for 3 years.; business and management school, Lyon (France) Thesis subject.
