Instigator and coordinator of the Dublin Vocational Rehabilitation Service. Responsibilities and duties included:= Coaching, mentoring and engaging in career counselling with brain injury survivors both unemployed and working in a variety of industries facilitating identification and achievement of vocational, health and well-being goals.= Managing a large client case load providing psycho-education and supporting development in areas including: self awareness, motivation, self-confidence, resilience, self-efficacy, coping, adjustment, decision making, well-being, stress management, communication & social skills, managing career changes, performance at work, job satisfaction, work-life balance.= Coordinating the development, facilitation and evaluation of the Jobs Club vocational training programme increasing client job readiness and employability - successfully pivoted this online to prevent service interruption as a result of COVID 19 restrictions and secured corporate partnership from a global financial services provider.= Facilitating employer education sessions = Psychometric assessment administration and feedback to facilitate client vocational goal setting and work role fit= Member of national Staff Well-being and Training & Development Teams = Waiting list management, monitoring quality of service delivery, identifying and implementing service developments= Carrying out Needs Assessments of referred clients to establish suitability for services= Partnership and inter-agency working - relationship building and management to maximise the effectiveness of service delivery= Invited member of the trans-national Erasmus Plus funded FYC project designing a psychometric tool to support disadvantaged job seekers to develop skills required for the future world of work = Assistant Director of the Dublin client choir. Project managed Headways Got Talent client performance events from conceptualisation to completion.
