• Proper management of the project scope, timeline and sprints using Agile methodology.• Managing governmental projects in KSA and UAE.• Scrum experience in building new development or revamping “.NET”, Siebel and Mendix projects• Responsible for conducting all scrum ceremonies, like daily scrum, release planning, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives including product and sprint backlog grooming.• Manage and maintain projects using (Azure DevOps).• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of sprints.• Manage ongoing communication with customers to ensure their expectations are aligned regarding the development, delivery, and timely completion of their requests.• Coach team members in Agile frameworks located in Turkey, KSA, Egypt and UAE.• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.• Resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and control the risk of bottlenecks.

Egypt

• Incident management and technical trouble shooting using software diagnostics and other network utility programs.• Excellent working knowledge of LAN/WAN Topology.• Understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals, switching and routing knowledge.• Excellent multilayer NORTEL Switches and CISCO Routers troubleshooting.• Owning of resolution responsibility of the reported customer incidents either solely or with the intervention of the other teams.• Documentation of all troubleshooting and incident management actions via Clarify CRM.• Referring the issues to correct/relevant entities and other Vendors/third parties as appropriate.• Owning of technical management escalations in line with company procedure and case excellence policy. • High level management experience in a customer facing environment for multinational companies and airlines
