Recruited, admitted and yielded graduate students for GWSB's Specialized Masters and Graduate Certificate programs. My territory included North America, Asia, and India. Assisted and counseled applicants, evaluated and processed applications for up to four specialized master's degrees, including MS Information Systems Technology, MS Project Management, MS Sport Management, and Master of Human Resource Management. Evaluated and processed applications for 23 graduate certificates.Met or exceeded targeted enrollment numbers by engaging talented prospects and executing department recruitment and yield plans. Annually reviewed 650+ masters and graduate certificate applications.First point-of-contact and information source for prospective applicants. Represented GW School of Business at national and international recruiting events, meetings, and industry conferences.Collaborated with our Marketing and Creative Services team to write and edit program brochures and website content. Updated Admissions Manual with most current and accurate department policies and procedures. Presented at bi-monthly webinars and monthly in-person information sessions. Panel speaker at national and international graduate school fairs. Created content for Prospect Communication and Applicant Communication plans, and developed Yield Email campaigns.

Lived and worked in Singapore, assisting students and their parents to navigate the US college and UK university search and application process. Helped students develop an extensive college/university list and guided them as they applied to their best-fit schools.Worked with students who successfully applied and were admitted to selective and highly-selective colleges and universities throughout the US and UK.Presented overview information regarding the US and UK university admissions process to parents and students at a variety of high schools throughout Singapore and to the Distinguished University Alumnae League (DUAL) of Singapore.Wrote articles about the college application process for the Singapore American Newspaper and the American Women's Association monthly publication.

Oversaw daily operations of International School Singapore University Advising Office. Worked with international students and third culture kids (TCKs) from several dozen countries to successfully navigate the UCAS and US college application process. Successfully guided students through various application processes of universities in their home countries throughout Asia and Europe, including Korea, Hong Kong, Germany, and Belgium.Developed and delivered a robust annual calendar of college counseling programs and events for students, parents, and faculty. Expanded the number of college representatives visiting ISS each year, introducing our students to a wider variety of college and university options.
