As a partner at Fidal, I assist local and international companies in all aspects of labor and social security law.I have 29 years' experience in advising, negotiating for and representing companies. I help them in their social transformations, collective bargaining and social dialogue, as well as in their restructuring operations. I represent them before the courts, particularly in high-risk litigation, including URSSAF audits. I support them in mediation procedures. I work with companies across all business sectors, particularly on HR compliance assignments, in line with their CSR/ESG and CSRD policies. I implement risk management tools (delegations of authority, whistleblowing systems, ethics & CSR charters, internal investigations into allegations of harassment and discrimination). On all these topics, I also run training courses, webinars and publish articles.Invested in Sciences Po Paris, I am happy to have been teaching “Labor Issues” there since 2013.
