I am a college Junior at Loyola Marymount University, majoring in marketing. I am extremely passionate about marketing, fashion, and design, with a great interest in social media and other digital marketing tools. I have significant experience in fast-pacedcustomer service and sales environments. I pride myself on building relationships, excellent multitasking skills, and bringing enthusiasm tomy work. As well as my eye for fashion and digital skills. I have explored my interest in fashion through my clothing resale business (2022 to 2024) in which I founded a vintage clothing and decor business with both physical and online outlets. This Sourced curated products, designed a marketstand to showcase items, managed the online outlet, handled the cash flow of the business and focused on providing an excellent customer experience.As a receptionist and salesperson for 3 plus years, I learned many valuable customer service skills and gained experience in a retail environment. I worked at a high-volume front desk handling scheduling, inventory, and cash flows as well as resolving challenging customer issues, while maintaining customer relationships. Along with managing the retail sales of the business in which I oversaw the many products that we carried and helped customers to find what they were looking for. In my work experience as a nanny, taking care of two children, ages 8 and 10, I handled transportation and safety of children during after school activities,worked with them on homework, and sports, and managed house tasks for the family.
