- Managed $33MM economic development and conflict prevention project in Indonesia and East Timor. Managed budget, transfer of funds, sourcing of technical consultants, program assessment, and reporting to the Federal government. Resulted in $12MM additional program funding which extended project activities two years. - Developed business strategy and business case to launch a new international development practice area for an economic development consulting firm. Resulted in award of $20MM in federal program funds within 5 months.
