Healthy Outcomes through Prevention and Early Support (HOPES) is a $1.8M grant from the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services- Prevention and Early Intervention Divison. Project HOPES is a collaborative, sustainable and innovative continuum of care providing a wide variety of innovative community-based initiatives and supports for families with children zero to five years of age. The Eastside Promise Neighborhood Grant was a $24M Department of Education grant to revitalize the Eastside of San Antonio. I assisted with overall project compliance, planning to support strategic programmatic goals, and facilitated collaboration with stakeholders.
