The Systems Simplification Programme was a UK wide business transformation programme. Successfully delivered organisational readiness for change through engagement, communications and training across five interrelated programmes.Created the programme communications and training strategy, plan and budget. Delivered strategic interventions appropriate for each stage of the programme lifecycle e.g. national road shows to build awareness and buy in at initiation. Created a wide range of multi-media to support communications including videos, storyboards, graphics, PowerPoint slide decks, newsletters etc Maintained momentum through regular, audience-specific communications across multiple digital and IRL channels.

Delivering learning and development programmes for a range of initiatives. Leadership development and coaching, internal service culture, competency frameworks and more. Responsible for management of training services across National Trust’s diverse learning and development portfolio.

Business change work stream for Manager Self Service & Oracle timesheets implementations

Pioneered the use of technology to deliver communications and learning across the National Trust. Communications campaigns around online training programmes from compliance through to new ways of working. Rolled out new performance management processes, health and safety, conservation standards, customer service and IT skills

Developed a web based system to capture training activity and rolled out to training co-ordinators in 11 regions in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Also supported IT training initiatives including transition to Windows XP and Office 2003.
