Almost two decades leading Sightsavers, during which time the organisation has changed almost beyond recognition. Fabulous staff and supporters have ensured that we can reach almost 200 million people with treatments for neglected tropical diseases, help countries perform 400,000 sight restoring operations and play a significant role in the fight to ensure that people with disabilities have the same opportunities as the rest of society. Its a fabulous job and a real privilege to lead this organisation.
