Identified new leads and entered into SalesForce, contacted through cold calling methods (phone, text, email.) Followed up on hot leads, responded to inquries, supported ASMs, delegated leads to appropriate ASM, scheduled meetings between clients and ASMs through Outlook, assisted BDM with weekly tasks and assignments, worked on goals set by ASMs and BDM, shadowed ASM/PDM training sessions.

Provided academic advising to Undergraduate Communication students through weekly office hours. Provided advice on topics such as, but not limited to, class registration, major selection, scheduling, etc. Created digital marketing campaigns to promote events within the major. Planned and took photos for a LinkedIn headshots event. Identified student needs to be addressed at weekly advising meetings. Created an inclusive space where students could receive guidance. Coordinated with other peer advisors to create and plan events.

Successfully interacted with customers to understand their needs, assisted in selecting appropriate items based on their criteria, and created a pleasant shopping experience. Assisted in training employees, overseeing cleaning and maintenance of products, and regularly performed closing duties. Cared for children ages 6 weeks to 11 years, which required organizing activities, preparing bottles, and ensuring all kids were clean and safe. Followed strict safety procedures, including monitoring those who entered and preventing strangers from entering the premises. Oversaw groups of children that included anywhere from 5-25 kids. Routinely took care of up to 5 babies at a time, while being mindful of nap/eating schedules. Created activities both indoors and outdoors, and led physical activity program for those who wanted to get out some extra energy. Routinely trained new staff on caring for children in a fun and age-appropriate way. Trained new staff on open/close routines, scheduling policies, and safety procedures.
