With over 14 years of experience in HR and hospitality, I am the Group HR Manager at Luxury Family Hotels (LFH), a collection of five award-winning properties that offer exceptional service and family-friendly facilities. I lead and manage the HR function across all locations, supporting 500 employees and ensuring compliance with all employment legislation and best practices.My core competencies include developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with the overall business vision and goals, and that foster a positive and productive work culture. I am passionate about developing and engaging my teams, and I have successfully designed and delivered various learning and development initiatives, performance management systems, and employee recognition programs.
